I visited the ADD Center for a diagnosis. I found them to be very thorough and professional. If they were not truly concerned about my well being, then they sure fooled me. I worked with four professionals there and every one of them clearly explained the testing procedures, and what was being evaluated. I have contacted them several times since and they have always been there to help me.
Really disappointed with the lack of services offered here after the testing. You get your ADHD diagnosis and then are sent on your way with a recommendation to find a doctor to get a prescription from. Calling themselves the ADD Center of Western Mass, I expected more follow-up.
And then 11 months after my child's appointment and having taken him to another provider and gotten a different diagnosis -- I got a surprise in the mail -- a bill for almost a thousand dollars from the ADD Center. This is in addition to what I'd already paid them. Who does business like that? It's now too late to contest the charges with my insurance company.
