I found Tracey when I googled hypnosis for smoking cessation and decided to try her since I found her website to be focused not just on hypnosis but overall health and wellness. I had never done hypnosis before and was a bit nervous as I didn't know what to expect but I was instantly at ease with Tracey. She spent almost 2 hours with me on my first visit explaining the process and wanted to learn as much as possible about my medical history and current state of health, not just the reasons I smoked and why I couldn't stop. It was obvious she was genuinely concerned with my entire well being and not just helping with smoking cessation. I would highly recommend Tracey and will go to her again in the future should I decide to try hypnosis for any other health concern or habit I want to break.
