I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The office was easy enough to find. My appointment felt a little rushed, he didn't finish my haircut the way that I asked. I feel like my appointment was pointless. I felt worse when I left. I can't put my hair in a ponytail to hide the horrible cut and dye. I have two bleached out stripes on the left side of my head only. I asked for highlights all over.
