Christine Farrell and staff go out of their way to listen to my individual hormone/thyroid concerns. They are always attentive and empathetic/proactive to my situation. They make the extra effort to make sure every question is addressed. I never wait long after arriving for my appointment & I always speak to someone by phone on the few occasions I call the office. Today I spoke with pleasant, courteous professionals Beth & Jennifer. Beth quickly helped address a refill concern. Jennifer helped with a pharmacy fax issue quickly and efficiently. The waiting room is pleasant and comfortable. Thank you to this superb, caring clinical team.
