Dr. Justin Shubert is professional, thoughtful, reliable and lovely -- so much so, in fact, that I hired him to officiate my wedding. I would recommend him as a therapist to anyone in need.
I have worked with Dr. Shubert for several years. He is warm, insightful, and helpful in therapy. I know he works hard and is ethical. I recommend him highly.
Dr. Shubert protested my review on this and another site in early August. When the sites validated my reviews and refused to take them down, the other 2 reviews you see posted here mysteriously appeared in the same short window. It is up to you to decide if they are fake reviews in violation of state ethics board regulations and whether or not you want to work with someone so ethically flexible as to post fake reviews or ask others to post reviews.
Dr. Shubert demonstrates an exquisite presence with his patient's. He is bright, attuned and incredibly insightful. His level of training and skill is demonstrated in his ability to clearly articulate and put meaning to very complicated material in a simple and straightforward manner. He is highly professional and can be trusted to take all of the necessary steps to provide a high quality of care. I would refer Dr. Shubert to any of my closest friends and family. I have had the good fortune of learning so much from Dr. Shubert.
Relatively inexperienced psychologist. I think he probably means well, but just doesn't end up helping his patients tackle anything substantial. He lacks focus and direction in his treatment. He was constantly raising his rates, so maybe he is intentionally stretching out treatment to make more money, but again, I think he's just inexperienced and you're better off with someone who can put together a plan and keep track of progress towards your goals.
