I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I barely had to wait at all for my appointment, it was great. They called me back in less than a minute. This provider proudly displayed their credentials so that gave me confidence that they were well trained. They talked about progress in their field and clearly showed that they had tons of experience and competence. I felt like I was definitely in the right hands. The front office staff was wonderful about helping me maximize how they'd use my insurance. I couldn't have been more informed or satisfied. The staff is wonderful about making a real effort to get me in when I need it. They're so helpful and try hard to be accommodating. I absolutely LOVE Salon 53! I've had services performed by Patty, Carrie and Marie. They are all fantastic! So professional. Clean salon, fair prices, and great people. You won't be disappointed! I've been a loyal customer since Salon 53 opened and will continue to.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
