At the last minute, Summer had a family emergency. She called me right away and had already arranged for one of her colleagues to cover our massage appointments. It made me happy that our scheduled sessions were just as important to her as they were to us. Her colleague Beth did a great job and Summer even called afterwards to make sure we were happy.
