They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.
