The doctor is good, but since he moved to Broadlawns, my copay went from $25 to $90. So after 20 years, I will be finding a new ENT.

I was seen in 2008, when I was a young adult. I had a stapedectomy done, but their was no improvement and the Doctor didn't help me to understand my condition or why there was no improvement. Now, today, 4yrs later I now know.

Took my sons there upon multiple referrals by friends- I was pleased that Dr. Brown was to the point and answered my many questions. He picked up on things that the ENT we left did not. I enjoy a practioner who lays all the information out for you and treats you like you are a part of the treatment team vs. a doctor who acts like the only expert in the room.

They diagnosed my condition very quickly. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
