Extremely knowledgeable and comes with years of field experience. We have worked with Dr. Goklaney for over a decade and consider him to be one of the best behavioral health providers in Kern County. He listens to his patients and care providers to offer a comprehensive solution. Very flexible to meet changing health conditions with a great bedside manner. Highly recommended.

NEVER GO THERE IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF ANY TYPE OF REAL HELP! YOU WILL NOT GET IT, YOU WILL BE TREATED RUDE AND LEAVE FEELING WORSE THEN WHEN YOU ARRIVED! WILL BE FILING CONPLAINTS WITH EVERY SINGLE MEDICAL LISCENCE OFFICE IN THE COUNTRY!

He is the best psychiatrist I have seen in last 20 years. He is professional, very competent, friendly , educate his patients about their illness and medications. He is one of the most caring physician I have ever met. God bless him.

The best psychiatrist in town. Super friendly works well with patients always on time with appointments; has more experience than most of the other psychiatrists in Central California. He even sometimes has a awesome cocker spaniel that is a therapy dog. They are advanced as thier name says and the best so best of luck check out their website and enjoy your next visit as much as I did.

There's been a few times where they've been late to my appointments. It was very frustrating, especially since I show up on time every time. I really didn't like that they didn't explain my treatment's risks and benefits. I had no idea what to expect, and I didn't feel informed enough to make a decision. Most of the advice they were giving me seemed biased. It felt like they were just trying to make money off me instead of giving me genuine advice that would help me.
