The office is located in a maze of offices and Dr. Miller's name is not on the door to his office.

When I arrived, his staff told me that my appointment was cancelled and that they had call me last week to let me know that. I did not receive a voice mail to that effect. Nor, when they did not hear back from me, did they call me again.

Then they told me I could see another doctor so I sat down and did all of their paperwork. Once done, for some reason I decided to ask if the other doctor is also a board certified dermatologist. They said no, that he's a physician's assistant and that he's just as good as the board certified Dr. Miller. I told them I didn't want to see a P.A., that I wanted to see a board certified dermatologist, like the doctor I had made an appointment to see. They insisted the P.A. was just as good as seeing a doctor. I'm guessing that's not even legal.

Anyway, I left and am considering billing Dr. Miller for my professional time that I wasn't able to bill while going through this circus -- all because he decided to go out of town after his staff had committed him to an appointment time with me.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Dr. Miller is very personable and puts me at ease when discussing sensitive issues.

Comfortable waiting room. Respected by his staff; they've clearly been working together as a team for a long time. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Yes

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
