The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

I got a brazilian waxing with Catherine recently. Phenomenal attention to details, impeccably clean. I also had a spa package as a gift some time ago. It was a half of the day very well spent.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
