I had an amazing experience here and have never experienced a health care provider like this. I was listened to, felt truly cared about, and am achieving the most amazing results. I'm not only losing weight, which is nice, but the overall change in my health can be described as nothing less than a transformation. I followed Weight Watcher for years, but I never learned about food, my body, and how to cook. I ate their approved, junk food in a box and never felt satisfied. Now I eat real food, I enjoy it, and I don't feel guilty. My relationship with my husband is the best it's ever been and he is losing weight too!
