Trina, the doctor 's scheduling assistant does not follow directions on when to call you back. She then does not return your call at all.
When you are in pain and know that you won't be scheduled for your procedure for weeks out (after waiting a week to receive your first call to get scheduled) you realize just how little these people care.

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. I was able to fill in the new patient form which was available online so I could save time when I got there. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They seem very caring and take their time with you and are very informative.

You cannot reach this "practice" under any conditions. Answering machines are all you get. Maybe, just maybe, they will return your call. If you can't even reach them to make an appointment, what happens when things go badly? I'm busy too, but if you call my business someone will answer the phone. I have never seen such a misuse of answering machines anywhere else as I have at this pracatice. No more for me, thank you.
