Dr. Lockwood is a gifted practitioner who truly enjoys her profession. It shows in her pride of work and attention to even the smallest detail. A lifelong phobia of dentists kept me from dentist’s offices but Dr. Lockwood’s approach of taking extra time to make me less anxious and more comfortable has worked wonders. She fully explains my options and always has my best interests in mind. I have been a patient for years and have had both general and reconstructive dentistry procedures performed - A great dentist!

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left

They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

When I first saw Dr. Lockwood, she seemed very pleasant and eager to help me. I felt I had not only found an incredible denist, but someone I would have liked as a friend.
All that changed with my last appointment. She turned on me, made me feel like a germ. To this day, I have no idea why. I can only say that if you plan on making an appointment with Dr. Lockwood, be careful.You never know what mood she will be in, and for whatever reason, may take it out on you, the way she did me. If you are a smoker, I would suggest you find another dentist altogether. It hurts me to write this. However, I have given her time to explain herself, and to apologize, but obviously she does not feel the need to do either. A real shame. My husband and I were both patients of hers, but no more. Never again.
