HORRIBLE experience at this office!! I brought my mother in to find a new doctor specializing in gerontology. I made the appointment over 3 weeks in advance. We show up 25 minutes early and are told that the doctor was NOT going to be in the office. Another doctor, non-gerontologist, could see us. I asked why no one called to tell us about the doctor's absence and was told it was a last minute change. Then, she later said she didn't know who booked our appointment and why they didn't tell us that the doctor wouldn't be in (doesn't sound like a last minute change!)
A doctor is only as good has his/her support staff. This was extremely poor service, especially when elderly patients are involved. I DO NOT recommend this practice.

Thank you for taking good care of my sister,Eileen during her last months. Your care enabled her to be more comfortable when she was so sick. It was wonderful of you to meet with Eileen my daughter and i to share your experiences with Eileen. You were a comfort to her and me . I really appreciate your care and concern.
