Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

I love how much attention to detail they show. The office is BEAUTIFUL & RELAXING. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I only told Margaret one time, the pain issue I have and she always attends to my pain points.
Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was a little worried that they would end my massage early, because I've had that happen at other places, but they didn't at all. They gave me a very long massage, and it was fantastic. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
