It's a 50/50 chance with the staff. They are often rude. I felt like a huge inconvenience. I had several problems with the insurance department/staff. There are often lots of children running around like crazy being extremely disrespectful. I couldn't imagine a mother having a hard time con conceiving or a mother that just lost a baby having to sit in the waiting room. It's often crowded and just down right unpleasant.

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Yes, they were the fastest I've seen and very polite

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Terrible experiences with Dr. Culters office. His staff is often rude, they treat patients like cattle. Also when disusing my desire for a natural child birth Dr. Cutler talked to me like a child. He was very un supportive and condescending.

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use with various topics of information. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I always tell my friends looking for a new OBGYN to go here. Its one of the best doctors offices I've ever been to. Dr. Cutler and his staff provide the best personal services around town!
