Kate is really awesome... She was recommended by a friend and now I am forever indebted to them for their advise. Kate was extremely cordial, warm, professional, and knowledgeable. She quickly puts you at ease and explains exactly what she is doing. She also explained that stretching the muscle would help avoid soreness the next day. The massage was extremely relaxing and really helped my condition. I highly recommend Kate and will definitely schedule more massages in the future.
