In just 4 weeks (2x sessions a week), Keith helped me to lose 2 3/8" and 7.5 lbs. Working with Keith gave me the knowledge and motivation to get back into regular exercising. His approach using varied workouts made each session interesting. I learned a lot of great moves, and the proper form - which I had not been doing correctly.
Keith takes a personal interest in each client. He was helpful and encouraging on a regular basis, not just during sessions.
I also appreciate the flexibility of scheduling - I could not make any excuses with the trainer coming to me!
