The office did not keep me waiting to be seen. They were professional and did not just seem interested in selling a hearing aid. I felt I got an honest opinion about what I needed to do about my hearing loss.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The doctor was so friendly, and made me feel extremely welcome. I was so happy with their bedside manner. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.
