They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I went for the visit to have my ear cleaned out- I've had problems with it for 17 years and he was the only doctor I've had who didn't make me dizzy when doing it, and didn't scrape my ear 'til it bled. I liked his demeanor, though is staff up front left a little to be desired.

Not at all, I was given several other options to try first
