I had an appointment booked using a groupon for over a month and really looked forward to this appt, it was a gift for myself for my 50 th birthday. Dr. Nancy no showed me and didn't even call me, I showed up and she was " stuck in traffic" on a Saturday morning at 9 am and wanted me to reschedule for later in the day. To say the least I was very upset and will NOT reschedule with someone who is so unprofessional and does not even give the courtesy of a phone call. I will consider that $39 dollars a lesson learned.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
