saw him when he was at massage envy. All I can say is that he was the best therapist that I have ever had. It is too bad that he moved to far for me to go to him. I would recommend him to anyone living in or near Hinsdale Ill. He helped me with my tight back. saw him once a week . Since then I have not been able to find anyone as good as him.

I first discovered Family Massage Trust on a Groupon. After the initial treatment I was extremely satisfied. I had been getting massages about every month for several years. My regular therapist moved away and I had gone 6 months without. Maria is my therapist there now. I cannot recommend her or Alfred any higher. I am a regular WEEKLY customer and look forward to being a long term customer. Again I not only have NOTHING to complain about I can only rave about this company, Alfred and Maria.

Love the location, its only $.25 cents per hour for parking (downtown $4/hr). The enviroment is very quiet and perfect temperature, the staff is extremely professional and Maria made me very comforable.

Definately 6 stars.

I enjoyed my massage with Maria, wish it was the full hour. I arrived on time and waited 15 minutes. The entrance is confusing when you arrive at the address, they are upstairs to the left and while Alfred is very nice, the check in process or lack thereof is confusing. You pass the desk of the salon and enter another room with two chairs and wait until someone comes to get you. Could easily be a "quiet" room if you are provided with instructions when you enter. Overall this is a nice family business, they could use some pointers re csutomer service, for example, letting you know they are running behind, where to sit and wait, etc.

I did have to wait for my appointment even though I arrived on time, Also the room was too cold for a massage and made the experience a little uncomfortable. The massage itself was okay; not great but not bad either.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I was amazed by how clean their sheets were. They looked brand new. One thing I really appreciated, was that they didn't have calloused hands. I've been to some other places where the massage therapist had calloused hands and it was awful, but not here.
