I am not one to write reviews, but I have chosen to write one today. I have had a history of dental problems and more importantly issues with dental offices and their employees. Unfortunately, I have met far too many dentists and their staff who have little to no compassion for their patients and basically work to make as much money as possible no matter the cost. I have looked a VERY LONG TIME to find a reliable, respectable, and compassionate place to go and I am very thankful that I have finally found one.

I was referred by a friend who said they served adults as well as children. From the moment they picked up the phone, they were very kind, patient, and polite. Both the staff and doctors took the time to answer all my many questions and concerns. The wait was never too long and staff and doctors always treated me with respect. I am especially grateful to the manager who took the time to speak to me as a human being. She was the conduit between the doctor, my insurance company, and me and she took on the headache of making sure all the bases were covered and that I would be well taken care of. I realize this is her job, but she truly did go above and beyond…
She treated me as if I were family.

I have referred many friends and family since and they all say the same thing. They come with their children all the way from Connecticut to see Dr. Choi and Dr. Yun.

I am very grateful to all the doctors and staff at Come Dentistry for not only treating teeth, but the whole patient.

Dr Choi and Dr Yun are great. They usually try to fit me in fairly soon, but they do book up quickly. It was wonderful to have such modern equipment in this Dental Care provider's office so they could take and develop x-rays right there and very speedily too! They are clearly an expert in the field. I felt totally safe and confident in their care. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. The staff really tried to be helpful. The office is a very high volume office, so you need to plan ahead if you want an appointment. You get the feeling that appointment time are given to certain patients or friends, but that is expected.

I was recommended by both my friend and my brother (well known pediatric doctor in bayside area). I tried making an appointment but had the worst experience ever. Officer Manager who is responsible for making the appointment was never around (I think this is when dentist was away ) and I had to called several different times. In addition, when I finally reached her, she could not figure out if the office were one of the provider under my insurance plan (dental usa) even though it clearly states that it was in the website which I informed her from the beginning. I even called Dental to confirmed before I tried making the appointment. But the manager stated that the office was not and refused to make any appointments for me. I again called the insurance company and the representative contacted the office to inform the manager that it was covered. When I contacted the office to make an appointment again a male picked up the phone and told me that the manager will be calling me back but I didn't get any phone call. I than called the office next morning and was transferred to the manager who began yelling and was rude over the phone. She basically stated that she did her job and that it is my fault that my insurance company can get it straight. I was beyond flabbergasted by her attitude and rude behavior. Who treats a client like that? At this point, I do not intent on coming to this office but I think seriously the office need to have some service training for the staff especially your manager .

This was my first visit to Come Dental. We saw David Choi. Dr. Choi was friendly, informative and had my son feel very much at ease. My son had to get a cavity filled and I was extremely nervous. Dr. Choi got it done so easily and talked to my son and explained everything to him about the process during the visit that my son walked out smiling as hard as that is to believe! The staff remembered me from a phone call and were very welcoming. The office is very clean with all new, state of the art facilities. I decided right then and there that david Choi is my family's new pediatric dentist!
