Went to see her years ago but my wife had seen her when she was young and then after her LASIK regressed and she had dry eye went back. So there's been a long history with this doctor. Evidently due to how long we have to wait she over books and then when my wife needed a medication that required a preauthorization dr Perriello told her she wouldn't be getting to it for a while because she's busy the next few weeks. My wife's primary ended up doing it. No questions asked. And she was rude telling my wife she leaves too long of a message which wasn't for her it was for her billing lady and that she has no time in her day to figure out insurance issues. My wife won't be going back.
