They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They are always extremely careful to respect my privacy and knock every single time before they enter the massage room. I never have to worry. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
