The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. At other places I've been to, sometimes the massage therapist's hands have been too cold, but they weren't at all here. They were the perfect temperature, which made my massage even more enjoyable. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
