All the staff and the doctor are very professional -- and kind! I had a tooth extracted and every care was taken to provide me with all the information I needed to know, both beforehand and also on the day of the surgery. They made sure I got off my blood thinner prior to the surgery (with my doctor's approval) and they gave me the prescriptions for antibiotics and a special mouthwash so I would have it ready on the day of the surgery. They also told me to take probiotics (which most doctors don't even mention that you need when you are taking antibiotics). Although it was a difficult tooth extraction, all went well and I feel you will appreciate the care you get from this professional dental office.

RUN. Had surgery to remove impacted wisdom teeth. They said the surgery would be about 45 minutes and gave a quote. TWO HOURS later, my husband left with A BROKEN JAW and a bill for twice the amount. The "Dr." refused to acknowledge that the jaw was broken at first and said it was an infection. Four prescriptions later, my husband had c-dif AND a broken jaw! A look at the fine print said we couldn't sue him for this type of malpractice so I'm guessing he must do this frequently. I can't get a star rating low enough.

Do not go to this office…..I would not recommend this doctor or office to anyone needing to have oral surgery.

First, the office is unprofessional and inconsiderate, they are not at all friendly and extremely unprofessional. They expect to be paid up front without pre authorizing insurance (insurance normally cover oral surgery at 100%). They are not flexible in schedule or considerate to individuals that go to work or school. They also do not allow patient to get generic prescriptions only brand name (not normal covered by insurance) I owed $250 is antibiotic before the surgery.

Second, Dr. Magid is unprofessional and rough, he did a five minute consult without explaining any of the concerns or types or anesthesia available. Not that he really needs to since he allows his patient to wake up in the middle of surgery. That right, I woke up in the middle of him extracting one of my upper wisdom teeth. I remained semi conscious for the remainder of the surgery in incredible pain. After surgery he prescribed three days worth of pain med, if anyone has had their wisdom teeth removed they understand how painful this can be. Three days is not enough. I called the office and I was told to use Advil and a heating pack. I called my primary care doctor and he gave me pain pills (nothing harsh but a little more reliable then Advil).

This is a terrible office, I had my doubts using them however he was the only oral surgeon my insurance covered. If you have a choice seeks a second opinion!

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.
