Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there. They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Language and getting your thoughts understood is sometimes a problem as Dr. Gou is from China, but he is a very nice man and goes the extra yard to understand you.
