They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. please just provide true information on this web. do not make it personally ( i saw patient was really rude & impolite because she came late & did not have her insurance card & wants to be visited without even ask for insurance but Dr. and staff been really nice to her. thank you sou much Dr. amir to be professional & understanding)

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

I will not recommend ANY person to this Dr. very rude and cold, ,not in a good mood not make you fell welcome , lack of patience ,not profesional!! when i ask for answers or questions i was cut off or interrupt no letting me finish , plus talking farsi during my consultation and procedure in front of me the patient was very rude!! , not cool ! lack of professionalism.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship.
