Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder online one week and one day before to my email so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

"Dr. Amir made everything so easy and wonderful. She walked me through every step and answered all my questions. Our beautiful son was born 8/6/11 healthy and wonderful. She is an amazing Dr. and I will be coming back for our next baby."

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid . I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. i will NOT recomend this Dr.or the staff if my life depends on it , to nobody !!They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. never had the rigth answer, not caring, the worst customer service ever!!!
rude, unrespectfull,careless,unprofesional,this office needs to be report to the medical board so they stop treating patients like trash.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

I have never had such a horrible experience with a doctor's office. Unprofessional just scratches the surface. I came to see this doctor at 6 weeks pregnant, and right after I met her and the staff, I knew I was not coming back. I asked to have consultation appointment because I was still in the process of looking for a provider. I'm new in town, and I was basically "scouting" the talent. However, the doc disregarded what I told her and immediately did what she thought she needed to do. Never was my health history taken, just a few quick questions as I was sitting in the exam room, which raises a red flag with someone like me (a doctor's daughter). Just as an example, my current OB had me fill out 17 different questionnaires on my health history, family health history, father of the baby health history, etc. This is due diligence, not what I received in this office.

In all, I was very disappointed with the service, and knew I was going somewhere else for my pregnancy care. However, the horrified feelings came later when I tried to get my records from this office and had to wait nearly three months. Finally, my chosen provided just gave up trying to get the records and had to redo all the tests, although it is not recommended during pregnancy.

After I paid for the service (which can hardly be called a service), I continued to be billed. Seven months later, I still cannot figure out why my account with this office is not cleared up. I submitted the full amount, but the billing company they are contracting still sends me bills. With my delivery date coming up now, this is the last problem I want to deal with. I never expected to witness such a level of unprofessionalism from the doctor, the staff, and the billing department.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. I went to Dr Amir the first 4 months of my pregnancy and i read some not so good reviews and moved to another Dr that my friends referred. I tried to get my patient records and they would not give me my blood work. The office said they do not have my blood work. What i don’t understand is what the Dr was referring to when she said everything was fine. I am so worried not because now I feel like I did not have a doctor the first 4 months of my pregnancy. I would not recommend this doctor at all.
