I've been a client of Lisa Wratchford's for a few years now, mainly because it's a pain to switch and my needs aren't that great. In the five times I've visited her office (the old one) she has stated that she lost my file, she can't find my file, or she is just now getting used to the "new" system. Yeah, not very reassuring when it comes to my privacy. She's polite enough but her time as a Hull Tech in the Navy definitely shows through.
