Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
