The paint job looks better then the staff. I have never been to an establishment where it's so ghetto. The owner who goes by all types of nick names is rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. He is too flirtatious and has sloppy business practices. All of the staff looked unprofessional and not well groomed. It was obvious that the girl who did my hair did not know what she was doing and not sure of herself. I will never go back or recommend anyone to that whole in the wall.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Never, they are very reliable.

The owner of the establishment provides poor customer service and has a poor vetting system when it comes to having seasoned individuals on staff. My services had to be redone and it was difficult to get the owner to take responsibility for the initial poor service. Policies are not clearly posted and individuals are not made aware of whether or not the person proving a service is an actual employee or a freelancer operating on premise.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Not really, I wish they had finished it sooner
