She very professional but also very friendly. I look forward to seeing her because she is very comforting. I don't have to sit and wait for long periods of time and I'm always greeted with a smile. She makes me feel as though I am a priority and that she really cares about my well being.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. The therapist did not take sides. I felt like they were unbiased and took both people into account equally. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
