Joel is a highly skilled physical therapist with a wonderful bedside manner. After spending 3 weeks in an acute rehab facility located in Glen Cove Hospital, I began working with Joel Norman. He helped me recover from a complex spinal column surgery that left me with a very weak leg in need of a great deal of therapy. He also helped me to restore my back and core strength which was greatly affected by the surgery.

Joel welcomed me with a smile and with the understanding that we were going to work hard to get the full use of my leg back. I'm so happy to say that we did accomplish just that! It was not easy, but he was dedicated to my success as was I.

I am so grateful to him for his knowledge and expertise, his dedication and his kindness. I wish Joel continued success in his practice. I wish that he still had his practice in Glen Cove. I'm not exactly sure where he is located now, but I want him to know how grateful I am to have worked with him. Thank you, Joel!

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

No, they were very calm and understanding

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
