I have seen both Dr Rupert for pain injections in my neck and Joe Shaw for regular follow visits in the office. I cannot think of anything that I don't like at the Franklin TN office. The office is always clean, the staff is always friendly and accommodating, and both physicians not only know what they are doing as a professional doctor but also always have time to "listen" to how you are feeling and your needs not only as a patient but as a person. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has true, honest pain.

Scam artists! Wanted me to commit to bizarre implant procedure before they will provide diagnostic codes to health care insurer to see if it will even be covered. Billed me $1400.00 for a 45 minute CONSULTATION!!! Unreal! then lost records of payment and threatened us with collection agency. The fact that absolutely no one was in the waiting room was a bad sign from the get go. Avoid this place!

The doctor is fine. But the staff leave you misinformed with wrong information, and lost records pertaining to my procedure. Nurse was the rudest I've seen. Very hateful. Did not have joe. It was rupert that I saw.
