When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. During my massage, I asked them to change their technique a little. They changed it right away, and adjusted the massage to make sure it was exactly the way I wanted it. They were able to customize my massage to make sure my injury wasn't aggravated, and even asked me before my massage if there was any injuries they should be aware of.
