ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!!!

Long story short: Massage Elements called me 4 hours before my appointment to say that the therapist I requested was not available.

I was in the ER at 90th & Shea at the time. I asked her to please just cancel appointment.

I was told I would still be charged for massage because I did not give 24 hours notice.

So, not only did they charge me for a massage I did not receive from a therapist I had not requested. They also lost the trust of a new client.

If I was not in the ER, I would have been able to at least keep the appointment. BUT I WAS IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM AT THE TIME.

I guess it cost me $45 to find out that this studio has zero professionalism. And zero compassion.
