Professional and caring staff. I have trusted and relied on Dr. Yates and some of the core staff since the 1990s for my cats and dogs. They are THE BEST.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is friendly and helpful, and very approachable - especially Amy at the front desk! Dr. Yates was great with my cat who tends to be a bit nervous. I never felt like he was in too much of a hurry or that my cat was not the most important patient for him at that moment. I would recommend this clinic to anyone!
