Dr. Garcia is an exceptional doctor----I had a hip and knee replacement by him and both are very good----he and his staff are amazing to work with.

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The doctor was very unprofessional and refused to send me for an MRI and told me nothing was wrong. I changed to a real orthopedic surgeon who wanted an MRI immediately and found two large tears ! Garcia was horrible ! I wouldn't recommend him in any circumstance

the doc figured out i had a broken fibula by manipulation (painful) then ordered an x-ray to confirm. his diagnosis was correct but incomplete. he didn't concern himself with soft tissue damage whcih turned out to be a much larger problem. i asked specifically what i should do for it; wrap, heat/cold, antiinflammatories, go to PT, etc and he gave no advice other than to "suck it up". it swelled up hugely and i had lots of pain. i discovered on my own that if i wrapped it tightly where one of the muscles was torn, it helped with the pain a lot. after a couple weeks, i saw a PT who did some work and was a very big help and she said if it had been wrapped from day one recovery would have been faster with less pain.

i would not recommend this doctor because i think even though his basic diagnosis was correct, the overall care was quite poor.

it is also difficult to make an appt because they have limited office hours, the phone is often not answered during those hours, and there is no capability to leave a message.
