Yoga practice with Cheryl Kiviat, is exactly what I needed to begin the New Year off right! Recently I had been experiencing some leg pain while hiking. Cheryl worked one on one with me to help me identify where the problem was centered and to alleviate the pain. After just one session, I felt immediate relief! The key is to be mindful in all that we do, and how we do it. I have recommended Cheryl to family members and friends because working with her, has an impact on your wellbeing!
