Did the staff at this spa use excessive foul language?
Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Did the staff at this spa rush your appointment?
No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted
Did your nail technician hurt you or cause bleeding during your manicure?
No, they were extremely gentle
Did the staff at this spa leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
No, I was always attended to

I have had a lot of spa experiences in my life but I don't think I've ever experienced what I did with Signature Spas by Delamar. I took my mom there for a day of pampering for her 70th birthday. When we arrived, Silvia already had a balloon and birthday card waiting for her. She took off our shoes, asked what we would like to drink, and when she served us, she said it was her "pleasure and honor" to do so. The services by Rich and Joslyn (facial) were superb and every attention to detail was taken care of. Both my mother and I noticed that every time we used the restroom, the waste basket had been emptied. It was an incredible experience and one that I would recommend to anyone that is looking for an amazing spa day.

Yes

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
