I cannot express how thankful I am for Dr Firoiu. I have been going to her for going on 5 years or so and finally feel like I have a doctor who truly cares about me and understands me. She never rushes me out and always takes her time to understand me. She is very thorough and confident. She knows who I am knows my medical history. I've never had a doctor like this. I love the staff too as they always make me feel welcome and remember me as well.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

However walking in there right off the bat, they think everyone is out to get prescription pain meds and that everyone who says they are in pain is an addict. I had to go over Dr. Firiou in order to get some tests done, and the specialist wanted to know why I hadn't come to them sooner.
