When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I was very impressed with the level of knowledge that they had about different types of contacts. They were so helpful that they even recommended a brand that they thought would be appropriate for my lifestyle.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed.

I wasn't expecting much when I made an appointment for he was located next to the Sam's Club in Humble. I have been searching for a good eye doc and the best price. When I got there, the secretary was quick and very helpful. She put me through these machines that I don't ever remember sitting through. The doctor (cute by the way) was very professional. He took his time through my eye exam and did other tests that my former optometrists never did. He answered all my questions, was thorough, and I will be coming back every year. I came out with a prescription for glasses, colored contacts, and a free trial pair. For the price, you can't beat it! I will spread the word that he is the best for sure!
