The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office?
No, they needed to make more of an effort to stock them
