I'm a retired Surgeon in Syracuse and choose my health care independently. I was retired in 2019 when I needed inpatient care for a case of osteomyelitis - I went to Upstate and was very pleased with the care. I would return.

I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The inefficiency and incompetence of the nursing staff was striking. Call bells were going off constantly with no response. The ER was unnecessarily slow and the nurses were not interested in helping.
