When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. My son was having an emotional breakdown, and instead of helping him and actually finding out what caused him to go manic on me, they were more interested in pushing him out. They gave him new medication and discharged him the same day. It wasn't even a full 24-hours after the new medication. I was very disappointed. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I urged them to keep him there until they knew how the medication would work for him. They refused! Just treat and street them.,, that's their MO! Don't bother!
