Arrived by ambulance. Waited in lobby on gurney for a long time. When I got into a room, staff was slow to care for me. When needed a portable toilet, it took too long. After several hours (around 3a.m.) and unable to drive, they sent me home in a cab. I had to pay $350 for the ambulance even though I had health insurance with CareMore. A patient in another room, very I'll, was also sent home early a.m.
